Aged 20, Alfian Hidayat is an enthusiastic mechanical engineering student at Semarang State University. He relishes the opportunity to learn new things and enhance his hard and soft skills. Throughout his academic life, he has participated in a variety of activities such as training, organizational work, seminars or webinars, and others. These experiences have taught him to value commitment, responsibility, problem-solving from different perspectives, and identifying opportunities within problems.
